All NZ Ads members are required to read and agree to our terms & conditions. NZ Ads is a free service supplied by NZPAGES Limited on an "as-is" basis. Although NZPAGES Limited applies its best efforts to maintain this service, no warranty is offered and no fitness for any particular purpose is guaranteed. Any Member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being removed from the NZ Ads service. You MUST be the owner of the email and world wide web site address which you are registering, or that you have the express permission of the owner to register that site with this service. The NZ Ads service is only for use on New Zealand Sites (sites that are pertaining to New Zealand or are run by New Zealand residents). Sites which do not fall into this category will NOT be accepted into this service. Sites containing any of the following material will not be allowed to join the NZ Ads service: bad language, racism, pornography or other offensive material, sites encouraging illegal activity, or sites with links to such material. Members who abuse NZ Ads service with the use of devices to gain extra credits in a way to benifit only themselves will be banned immediately from the service. NZPAGES Limited are not responsible for any damage or loss of information that may result from the use of the NZ Ads Service. NZPAGES Limited are not responsible for any personally offending banner you may encounter on your site, or other sites, if the banner was approved by us earlier, and was found to be reasonable. NZPAGES Limited cannot guarantee complete accuracy and dependability of the NZ Ads service but will try to provide you with high quality service at all times. The NZ Ads name, information, database, reports, site, software and logo ARE NOT to be copied or used without explicit written permission from NZ Ads. Violation of our copyright of ownership to the above mentioned items is considered a criminal act, that will be examined and determined in a court of law. In order to cancel your membership just send an E-Mail to nzads@nzpages.co.nz and remove our HTML code from your site. You agree that the banner we will place on your site could be of another member, someone who has purchased credits, or an NZ Ads banner. You agree to place the HTML code you will receive in such a manner that the banner will be easily viewable by anyone who enters your site. You can only place the HTML code we give you once on a single page. You may copy this code on to several pages accross your site but it must only appear once per page. We will provide you with the HTML code required for yuor site. Do not make any changes to this code, any changes may result in damage to your account. NZ Ads is not responsible for any problems occuring from the adjustments made to the HTML code supplied by ourselves. If any change to the HTML is required then you will be informed by NZ Ads directly. NZPAGES Limited agrees not to knowingly divulge your details to third parties, and further that your email address submitted here will be used only to provide and improve upon this service. You agree that NZPAGES Limited is not liable for the acquisition of your address by third parties without NZPAGES Limited's knowledge. NZPAGES Limited agrees to take reasonable measures to protect your address and any other personal information. NZPAGES Limited reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time.
